The form collects your name, contact number, city, profile categories and details relevant to your enquiry. Email and marketing updates consent are optional. Story submissions may include details about another person and, where applicable, guardian contact and permission.
Why we collect it
eSamundri and AKW Brains use submissions to review and respond to training enquiries, stories, local opportunities and service requests. Story submissions do not automatically become public, and course enquiries do not confirm admission.
Storage and access
Submissions are saved as private records in this website’s WordPress dashboard, accessible to authorised administrators. A notification containing a reference and dashboard link may be sent to the configured website administrator.
Publication and updates
Private contact numbers and email addresses are not published automatically. Story materials are considered for publication only with the permission requested in the form. Optional business contact information supplied for a feature is considered separately. Future community or marketing messages require the separate updates consent.
